Overview
Ignite’s client, a national accreditation authority in the health sector, had made significant progress in modernising its technology stack over recent times. However, it was seeking to drive the next stage of its digital transformation by uplifting its mission critical CRM system as well as a website portal in order to derive higher quality data driven insights to improve staff experiences, enhance productivity and inform better business decision making.
Challenges
The client was using a Dynamics 365 CRM and utilising Power Pages for its portals and had recently undertaken a review to understand key improvements for enhancing business efficiencies and improving usability of these platforms. The review had identified over 100 requirements which ranged from very simple changes to more complex process changes. The client needed a partner with expertise in Dynamics 365 and Power Pages to plan and implement the proposed changes together with an approach for handover activities to enable internal IT resources to be able to support the environment going forward.
